Winger's Copycat Sauce

Ok, so here is the wingers recipe.

3 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce (supposedly it HAS to be Franks, no other sauce will taste the same) so that is what I bought-it's a national brand so I think you should be able to find it. It was in the condiments section when I bought it....

3/4 brown sugar

2 tbsp water

stir and heat up everything until sugar dissolved and it comes to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes. DONE

Ok. so according to what i read, you take your breaded chicken breast/finger/popcorn chicken/whatever. Put it in like a small tupperware or something sealed. THen spoon some sauce on it and Shake it. I guess on a small scale is how they do it there. It worked for me-they looked like wingers fingers.

Eric thought it might be a little hotter than wingers-I thought it was good.

We also mixed some with homemade buttermilk ranch and made the pink dipping sauce. And I had myself a sticky finger salad. THIS IS OUR FAVORITE
