These were fun. My only regret is that I didn't have ranch or blue cheese to dip them in. Dumb!
I got the idea from a website, but I feel like I changed enough that I'm not going to include the link. And I'm not in the mood to hunt it down. Yes my name is Sara and I'm super lazy today.
Take your chicken and cut it up into chicken nugget sized pieces.
Combine Panko crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, and salt in a bowl. I just put what look to be enough Panko crumbs in a bowl and then sprinkled everything else in until it look like a good amount. Super exact, I know. Mix that all up.
In another bowl melt butter. Add same amount of Frank's Hot Sauce. So I did 1/4 c butter and 1/4 c Hot Sauce. If you have quite a bit of chicken do 1/2 c butter and 1/2 c Hot Sauce. Simple? Yes.
Take your chicken pieces and dip them in the hot sauce/butter, then coat in crumbs and place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes at 400 degrees.
Yay!
