Mindy Mexican Rice

Mindy Mexican Rice

In a blender-food processor

1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp chicken bullion
1/4 of an onion
1 clove garlic
1-11/2 tsp salt
Puree-liquify-no chunks
fill with water to make 4 cups(with food processor do the above stuff and then add the tomato sauce and water)

In a pan
Oil to cover the bottom of pan
2 cups of rice

Brown the rice

Pour tomato mixture and bring to a boil
Cove and cook on low 20-30 min 
Fluff and eat

Emilee Corpus likes uses the El Pato hot tomato sauce if you want more kick.
