Spicy Shrimp Alfredo

I was craving alfredo the other day and I had shrimp in freezer and I wanted Uncle Evan's shrimp...so this recipe was born.

0.5- Boil water and cook some form of noodle.  I did linguini, but fettucini would be good or anything you have.

1-Cook the shrimp in olive oil with garlic and cayenne.  When you cook shrimp you have to cook it until its pink.  Then line a pan with foil and put it in a warm oven.  Put the cooked shrimp in the pan so it stays warm and back into the oven

2-Cook red pepper, green pepper, onion, green chilies, garlic in the oil from the shrimp.  Put that stuff in the pan so it stays warm.

3-Add enough oil to make it like 2 or 3 tablespoons and warm it up.  Add 2T flour and 1/2 tsp of chili powder,  and about 1/2 cup of chicken broth and cook it a little bit.  Add 2 cups milk and whisk it really well and get rid of the lumps.  Also bring it to a boil.  Let it simmer until it is thickish.  Add the other 1/2 cup of the chicken broth, one package of cream cheese, and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.  Then add the veggies back in.  Bring it back to a boil.  Then try it and adjust the flavor with salt, pepper, chili powder and cayenne.  Then add the shrimp and serve it over noodles.

The end.
