Peanut Butter fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter/margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk (I only use 1/2 cup)
1 cup peanut butter
7-10 oz marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
In a heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, stirring till melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir till well blended. Spread in buttered 9 x13x2 in pan. I just use a cookie sheet. Cool at room temp then refrigerate. Cut into squares when firm. Makes 3 pounds candy.
