3lb Roast-(I have used pretty much whatever)
1 Can Green Chilis (7 oz) (I grind these up )
1 C Beef Broth
1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
1 T Cumin
1 T Chili Powder
1/2 Onion OR I use 2 TB Dried Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
Place roast in crock pot, pour everything on top. Cook on low for 8-9 hours, or until meat falls apart easily. Shred meat into a different container, strain juices from the crock pot (they say to do this, but sometimes I don't-I just put it back in unless there is a lot of fat floating) and pour over shredded beef.

This recipe is how I make it for Eric. he doesn't like super spicy or "taco tasting" so you may want to double or triple the spicy stuff-you might want to add cayene as well.
