How Mom Makes Ham

Ok, so I bought a ham....and I wasn't sure how mom made it. I have made ham in a crockpot but never in an oven....

Here is what she told me.

Put the unthawed ham in a bag
Put 2 tb of flour in the bottom so it doesn't stick

(mom says this is for a 8-10 lb ham)

4 hours 275 and it is more than done.
That's it.
It is moist and yummy.

Mom says the "bag" says to do it longer but then it is too dry.
