I will type it out and also include a photo of Grandma Evy's written recipe.

Grandma's Sourdough Pancakes
Night Before:
1 cup starter
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 tsp salt
Morning:
Put 1 cup of starter back in
To the batter mixture add:
5 TB oil
2 TB Sugar (you can play with this amount depending on your starter)
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
Cook pancakes on griddle
