10 cups
3 cups seasoned
3 cups cubed
3 cups cornbread
2 cups homemade
1 tsp rub sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Couple shakes of pepper
Stir
Repeat until tastes good
2 cups onion diced really fine
4 long sticks celery (2 cups)
Cook in 1 cup butter until cooked and add to bread
1 can chicken broth on and stir
Let sit to soak it up
Taste and probably add more sage and poultry seasoning (this time added about 4 tsp)
If not moist enough add more broth or warm milk
Put in buttered 9x13
Cover with foil
400 degree oven and cook for 40 minutes. Check.
Put up to 425 keep foil on to brown everything.
