Amish Oatmeal

1 1/2 c quick cooking oats
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c melted butter or margarine

Mix together and evenly spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with milk or half and half or fruit or just eat it.
